Optimal health is about BODY COMPOSITION = increasing lean muscle tissue & decreasing body fat %. Eating healthier is about making smarter choices. For example, if you crave breads, pastas, tortillas, etc (high glycemic carbs = sugars that digest quickly = increased body fat gain), a smarter choice would be to sub those out for breads, pastas, tortillas, etc made from QUINOA and/or EZEKIEL. Both are low glycemic carbs = sugars that digest slowly = prevents body fat gain.
