Once you fully accept that truth/fact, you'll stop "dieting" & doing "quick fix" cleanses that don't work, you'll stop doing fad ways of exercising that don't get you to your goal, you'll stop being obsessed with the scale, you'll stop having an unhealthy relationship with food/drink, and you'll stop losing the psychological battle which is way more important than the physical one with seeing results you want to see.
