Celebrate your decision & commitment to changing your life for the better. Body fat % loss is essential to maximum health, but don't get obsessed with weigh-ins/the scale. Take into account too if your vitals (BP, blood sugars, cholesterol, etc.,) are getting better, your clothes are fitting better, you're getting stronger, your stamina is improving, etc., as measures of success. Dedication, discipline, and patience are the keys to seeing results with exercise & nutrition. Remember, you didn't get out-of-shape overnight, and you won't get in-shape either.
