1) Nectarine. If the fruits & veggies we eat are not organic, they're full of pesticides/herbicides = getting diseases like cancer, reproductive
defects, etc.
2) Danon Greek Yogurt. Loaded with sugar, artificial sugar, artificial flavoring, and the "fruit at the bottom" is not fruit, it's jelly. Also, if we eat dairy that is not rBST-free, then it has that hormone in it which has been linked to causing diseases like breast & colon cancer. Better option = plain, organic Greek yogurt & you mix in fresh organic fruit.
3) Simply Blueberry Lemonade. Nearly 30g of sugar per one serving. All this sugar = body fat gain because the body can't metabolize all of it; especially if its artificial. Consuming excess sugar causes blood sugar levels (insulin) to sky rocket = body producing cortisol which is the hormone in charge of body fat production. Better option = water or water with freshly squeezed organic lemon.
