RIO Fitness Chicago® Tip: 

Did you bring your "see food" with you to work today? Not sEA food, your sEE food, that are healthy snacks you'll have with you in sight to munch on every three hours to keep your metabolism fast, and so you're not starving letting your blood sugars run low so that your brain starts craving refined sugars like breads, pastas, pizzas, cookies, candies, burgers, etc. 

See Food examples: organic fruit, raw organic veggies like broccoli cauliflower carrots, organic fruit with raw/unsalted almond butter, unsalted/raw nuts, organic plain Greek yogurt with organic fruit you mix in, organic casein protein you can mix with water or organic/unsweetened almond milk, etc. 

You're in control of looking & feeling your best, so you set yourself up for success or failure today & every day by not having your see food with you at work/school.
