RIO Fitness Chicago® Tip:

To get fit & healthy, when ordering out or cooking at home we must eliminate the words "fried, battered, buttery, creamy, crispy, cheesy, thick, breaded, smothered, and glazed," from our mind. We must learn the new words, "broiled, steamed, blackened, baked, roasted, light, fresh, grilled, and sautéed." The battle to get in-shape is a psychological one more than physical. Use these new words of eating to get you in the correct mindset for success with your fitness goals.

RIO Fitness Chicago® Tip:

Mental strength is just as important as physical strength. When was the last time you exercised your mind? Look at the picture. What's the answer?
