Life's about choices. Are you still choosing to drink pop, juice, energy and sports drinks daily? The average person needs 80oz/day to stay properly hydrated. If you exercise regularly, you need 120oz/day. Not only does water have zero cal/fat/sugar/sodium, but it also cleanses your bodily organs, and will leave your skin looking healthy and beautiful. Not to mention, once you cut out those sugary drinks, you're cutting out the addictive chemicals in them (artificial sweeteners), so you won't crave all that sugar any more.
