It's just a matter of making the effort to change, to get healthier, and to see the results we want. Get up 30-60mins earlier so you can exercise & have breakfast. Wake up earlier also, or the night before to prepare your snacks for the following day so you're not starving. For every excuse, there's a solution, so less talking about what you're going to do and DO IT!
