All this holiday eating/drinking can make us look & feel bloated. To change that, limit your daily sodium intake to 1200mg, drink more water to flush out the excess water, and eat more high potassium foods (unsalted beans, unsweetened dried apricots, spinach, squash) because potassium helps to lower sodium levels in the body.
