BASIC biology, we need PROTEIN to build lean muscle tissue! Within 40mins after exercise is most critical to get it. People who don't are the same ones wondering why they're not seeing results. Without protein after exercise, our muscles just recover/repair, no NEW tissue is built = no results. Creating new LEAN muscle = more cal we'll burn all day long = faster results!
