That pressure is going to cause you IRREVERSIBLE chronic pain in 10, 15, 20yrs. If you're arching your back or being lifted off the bench/pad so you can lift the weight, it's too heavy! Use a moderate weight that allows you to control the full range of motion of the exercise.
